I purchased this adapter for my laptop, because I the USB cable to my external hard drive has long been a thorn in the side was ... it was always so far from the side ... now the problem is solved, however, by this adapter ideally .. . Adapter pure - external hard drive connected ... there is nothing more off and it even works everything perfectly! This adapter so can only highly recommend - but please be careful before buying whether the adapter for the right or for the left to be the best buy or the same times of each kind an adapter - costs not the world ;-)
