Unfortunately, however, the release of bracketing functions can A7R 3 and 5 exposures, not reliable, or used to. You have to ask, which is not exactly falling slightly with the very small switch with 4 modes the trigger on 'Bulb', then it triggers the bracketing. But you must then press again to turn off the bulb mode in the camera, otherwise goes to the camera nothing more. While this is logical and seems to be typical for the Bulbmodus that leads to operating errors. Both the too small switch and the two-time pressing the shutter button, lead to false alarms when you have to make a lot of bracketing in a very short time and under time pressure (eg 360 degree panoramas in busy environments, on roads etc. or in the studio with mass production).
If, at nähmlich bracketing is activated in the camera's remote trigger on one of the three other modes (except Bulb), only 2 of the actually set 3 or 5 shots are fired. Even with trigger held in single mode the entire bracketing will not be included, even if one of the trigger burst mode (Continious) provides. This is very annoying, especially since it may happen that you can not exactly hit the Bulbmodus with the little switch and lands on Continious or self-timer.
For comparison, I had an immediate Yongnuo ordered 603 Funkauslöser, I wanted to use for a 5D MK II. This works together to me the cable (2.5mm - S2) of the shutter button on the radio discussed here A7R much easier and in any shooting situation with absolute reliability.
Conclusion: Good processor, functioning radio trigger for single shots, shooting and self-timer, but for bracketing / Bracketing too uncertain and - I think - awkward.
+ Works very well for single shots, shooting and self-timer
+ Batteries here
+ Good workmanship
- Unsafe for small switch
- Bracketing at A7R only in bulb mode
- In Bulbmodus for Bracketing is necessary to press twice (1 x trigger, 1 x Disable)
- Price for it then a little high
