The Ab Roller is really great. I work out 2-3 times a day. After the first day I had (despite many sit-up exercises in the past) muscles. Based on the muscle soreness can also be seen well, what muscles you train)
The build quality is good, the grips are non-slip rubber coating and by a supplied an illustrated description of the most important exercises is available. Also, (for the low price is certainly not typical) a little sleeping pad as a base case. The sleeping pad from sliding on my laminate while away, but if you do the exercises several times a day, a small pillow for the kneecaps is much more comfortable.

After about 2 weeks I got small blisters on the palm below the little finger (right and left hand). That's why I now use simple bicycle gloves during exercises and since then I have no more problems with it.
Hence my advice:
- Use as a base for the knee rather have a small sofa cushions.
- To avoid blisters on your hands, wear gloves bike for exercise.
