Goodstyle exclusive leather case ultraslim for Samsung Galaxy Note (this one)
vs.
Goodstyle Ultraslim Case Version 2
I ordered both of these bags for my Galaxy Note. Why?
This unfortunately a part of the plastic case is broken, so send to the Amazon,
reclaims and get your money back. Then I discovered Ultraslim Version 2 with presentation function,
and therefore can both compare well. Both have advantages and disadvantages depending on usage:
Ultraslim 2:
positively noticed in both:
-> Processing quality and appearance looks great. Inside a plastic frame covered with leather.
the seams were glued clean. Inside the pockets "display friendly" coated with a soft cloth.
Feel great.
Differences:
-> Ovens:
- Ultraslim opens lighter than the ultraslim 2
-> Call:
- Ultraslim - here the open lid hangs down, or turn this back. Is OK when making calls
- Ultraslim 2, here you have to turn the lid sideways backwards so that you can make calls, it was easier for the other.
-> Presentation function:
- There are only 2 in the ultraslim, so no points for the Ultraslim. Great if you like we will see a movie,
or the phone has so lying on the desk, quasi tip ready.
-> Use for a car mount:
The only car mount that I know of, that can be used with such an envelope is the
"Herbert Richter Car Holder" for the Galaxy Note. These can be individually adjusted in width.
- Ultraslim - fold and clamp cell phone back. Works just fine and keeps!
- Ultraslim 2 - have tried to lower the cover side to the rear, but the whole is then too thick
and you can just pinch the shell and not the phone with. Therefore, the cell phone so wobbles through the presentation function when driving back and forth .... not really usable!
Stability: Here I have in the ultraslim by the rupture the casing (top left is a small part of torn) deduct a point. This is indeed still held by leather, but the phone then no longer sits so tight in there.
Faith here you made the cuts too deep and it is likely to break quickly. I have never let drop the phone and it made .... maybe 5 times purely in the shell and out gone.
Conclusion:
Precious both look but both have advantages and disadvantages depending on usage.
(Therefore get both of my 4 stars)
Ultraslim:
- Risk of fracture in the upper left corner
- Can be used for car mount of Herbert Richter
- Folds down and then back off to make calls
- Opens lighter than the ultraslim 2
- No presentation function
Ultraslim2:
- More stable than the ultraslim
- Opens sideways, then backwards
- Is to hold more cumbersome when making calls
- Does not fit in the car mount from Herbert Richter
Depending on what you need, you should choose!
