Unable to remove the key

I wanted to change the shell for two reasons: close button pierced by wear and impossible to maintain the retracted key. I was able to remove the key from the original but not the hull up on the new shell: the rivet of the blank key is entrenched! Fortunately, changing only the upper part of the hull allowed me to fix it. Now I have new buttons that I prefer the feel and the key remains retracted.
