Have bought the softbox for my Metz shoe mount flash. While it is no instruction manual there, but which need not be necessarily.
The soft box jumps up by itself - when you open the bag hold the softbox something and then open with 2 hands or throw up. From the processing everything looks good. The flash goes well on the port and is secure. With some handicraft skills can rebuild the softbox for steady light and use as needed with flash or continuous light.
