Does exactly what it says in the user manual (in English and Chinese!). Coupled with transceivers YN622N it can even serve as a remote shutter release for the camera. But beware: Like all flash radio commands, it can do what the flash is capable of. To get the full potential of the flash control it is imperative that the deportees are TTL flashes. For simple non-TTL flash the YN622N-TX behaves as a simple radio trigger (the settings are made only on the flash itself and not via the controls on the transmitter). In this case the YN622 transceivers are sufficient. This is due to the fact that only the TTL flash communicate to the unit via the connectors of the hoof.
