Just had a claim.
Theft from my pocket:
Email sent with invoice and confirmation of notification to Ergo Direct and within a week I had 90% of the purchase price received (device was not yet a year old)
And even though I a few months ago a display damage on the same device had (S3), which was also repaired free of charge.

So did not think that I still experience, an insurance that does not try make excuses.

Perfect, also works if you repeatedly has damage.
