This expansion, we completed for the Kindle my wife. Of course, we do not hope to the men but they need not know either.

But my own Kindle (about 2 years old) suddenly had deficits. A call to Amazon sufficed and a brand new unit came within 24 hours of home. That was very good.

As we travel a lot and the devices are exposed to a risk erhötten we decided on the warranty. From my side, the positive experience with my Kindle have helped.

The settlement is very simple: It calls the Kindle hotline and tests directly from different things. Then you can quickly see if there is an operator error or a technical problem. Then everything goes very quickly and you get a confirmation of shipment of the new device.
