With much anticipation I ordered Anno 1404 and installed it immediately after the postman had brought it. I was and am übezreugt fact that the game itself is very well done, and is among the best the genre has to offer. But until the games I did not come to this day: After installing the game refused to start, with the error message "Unexpected Error 13:13". After I googled for a while, I realized that I'm not the only person concerned and that the error is due to the copy protection Unbverträglichkeit the driver with my motherboard. The only solution: flash a new motherboard, or, according to the manufacturer, the BIOS and installing newer version. Given so much audacity one can only shake his head: Because Anno 1404 I will certainly not my excellent Gigabyte P35-DS3P change, let alone flash the BIOS. It's actually a matter of course that in such a case, a patch will be released immediately, which remedies this problem. But at Ubisoft overall customer satisfaction does not seem to be of priority ... I can only recommend to get informed before buying, if the game works with the own motherboard!
