Why?

I had bought the cable for fixed installation for various devices with Micro-USB connector, because I practically took the angle. Unfortunately, the micro-USB plug a loose connection and my device (Galaxy S3, MP3 player, navigation system) has switch with minimal movement between load and no load back and forth. Too Bad. Loss business :-(
