I was initially excited about the coffee. All the best and the supply of Pearl. The grinder is very noisy and my parrot flew away totally hectic, hell loud. With more coffee beans, it is quieter. Well me is the pot foolishly broken (my fault) and I do not get spare parts anywhere. Even Pearl do not know how and was able to give me any telephone contact. I am pretty desperate and must try to get something similar, otherwise I can forget the machine. Should not it be legally possible to obtain spare parts? I am very very upset.
