The lamps would actually deserves 5 stars. If as in the package that would have been what was offered. But still, it is great. sequentially: The lamps corresponds in size in about the commercial (shorter) compact energy saving lamps. It is the base in which otherwise the ballast even sitting still slimmer than for instance a Philips Genie, so they well fit into something deeper E27 sockets. The recognizable also in the photo in the offer cage around the LED panels made of plastic, so that the device is not too heavy. In weight, it should therefore also be in older ausgeleierten Schreibtischleuchten no problem. In operation it is very warm to the touch. With direct views of the LEDs one is on the verge of unpleasant glare on the LED itself. The specified beam angle fits, it is in normal use, visually, without meter, determine no shadows from the cage. The light distribution is thus fairly evenly. The brightness corresponds to what was indicated. The light is much more pleasant than an energy saving lamp from Philips with the marking Daylight, even if the color temperature is not quite coincide. And there is also the crux of the matter: as a color temperature 7,000 Kelvin have been specified. So that the light would really know, yes almost must act with "bluish", the red-orange-share would be lower in relation to the blue component. But was delivered a light color, which is estimated somewhere around 3000 up to 4000 Kelvin (in comparing with existing light sources of different types and specified light-temperatures).
