Unfortunately very disappointing unit

For professional reasons, I laminiere very common and have been able to test some equipment.
This has, unfortunately, not at all met my expectations.
After heating up, I tried to laminate multiple images.
I have both the laminating strength 80 mic and mic 120 used - both times was not to use the result.
For thinner films the result was greatly curled and the thicker they were not bonded properly.
I have it then repeatedly tried - with the same result.
What was worse soon, is the incredibly strong odor that has developed. Even days after the lamination it is still perceptible, what I find very disturbing.

Now I have contacted the service and have also received direct answer. For a star.
I hope that I can return anstaltslos it now ...
