Unit defective - no guarantee from the manufacturer when purchasing through Amazon!

Actually I found the device ok, but now it is defective and that even though I have not used it often in the 14Monaten! The not very friendly lady at Clarisonic informed me that "Amazon or a marketplace seller is not an authorized dealer of Clarisonic and I can not help you so" !!!! I should like to address the seller! Super! Because no longer exists and now I have the great Mia brush spent so much money to use them for such a short time and then it is already broken!
Accordingly, I can not recommend it! The price-performance ratio is simply not true! Whether Amazon can help me I do not know yet (request runs) but according to the information of "Help pages" because I seem to be able to expect any help!
