Just install the reader (screws included) and plug it into a USB internal port on the motherboard (USB type "PC casing"). Recognized by carefree W7 (Note, however, the appearance of removable drives icons in My Computer). You must install the latest driver for Realtek fix this little problem that does not prevent its operation.
Works great with SDHC cards (not yet tested other types). Only minus red light remains lit continuously when the PC is turned on (at worst we can always hide the ^^)
