I had ordered the cable to connect the SCART output of a UPC Mediabox with the VGA input of a monitor. This requirement is exactly the one specified in the product description purposes. Nevertheless, the monitor no picture showed.

Of course I had tested that the SCART output provides a signal and that the monitor is a valid signal at the VGA input also. The problem was so clearly in the cable.

The supplier XO-Media not reimburse me the item price itself, but the postage, which is higher than the product price. 4,90 Euro cost of a useless cable - I advise therefore on the purchase of this item!
