After perfect assembly tilts the front part of the bracket where the screen hanging off. I move the arm to the right, so tipping a 24 "screen from the upper right 15mm. I pull the arm forward tilt the screen forward from 10mm. Left are then again 13 mm.

The response from the supplier, here the exact wording:

"The holders all have a tolerance for larger TV's this is more visible.
Please send back the bracket for reimbursement to Amazon and look around with another provider.
What do I do now with the holes in the wall? There will be no arm to the exact dimensions. "

Stay away, and beware of this seller.
