The quality of the recordings can be seen, there are a few artifacts available. The resolution in the case of XBox 360 is 720p, with newer consoles is of course 1080p possible, with the amount of data will increase accordingly.

I can not evaluate how useful this feature is, especially because it could take a while longer videos in good quality upload (as I said one hours ca 720p 8GB) therefore.
The general speed of the box is fast, with a button erfolt delay recording. Just as fast the processing, 10 Seconds goes after recording you can watch the video. The menus are logical, even a small file manager and a simple editing program are included. If you do not have too high expectations, so you can record a video without a PC, edit and upload. A free Smartphoneapp (in my case for Android) provides the same functionality, you have to be logged in only in the same network as the box. I edit my videos on the PC, however, I do not take this opportunity.
In summary one can say that my "sample sale" went very well. Aside from the price, I can not find any cons, except that I would have liked a function that compresses the data slightly better without the quality to very degrading. For the price I can box but still highly recommended, especially the headset connections are not yet a matter of course and save a lot of work. The very good quality recording (no jerking, no image distortion, etc) should be emphasized. Finally, the box is very handy to use, recording by pressing a button and the video is vollvertont on the USB stick.
Who wants to see what is possible with the box, may like to look it over on YouTube at GermanGaming85 as appear regularly new Walkthroughs, which have been created with this box. But since I compress this video to 30 fps and 50% quality to keep the upload time low, a conclusion on the recording quality on Youtube is of course not possible. However, for me it's been the best box on the market!
