Upsetting and strong

A testimony both upsetting and scary, though unfortunately a common story that ended in exceptional cases. How many will never have had the courage of this woman and are gone today to testify? Behind the moralizing and dripping with good feelings whiff of macho media, violence against women (the reverse also happens, but rarely) remain a subject still taboo in France, therefore understandable all the courage and abnegation it took the author to describe his ordeal every day for 12 years and the dramatic outcome of this life.

Here is a book that does not emerge unscathed, but a necessary text and undoubtedly founder, so that never again do we condone these everyday phenomena yet.
