I mouse replacement in use because I work on a PC all day and I was tired cramps. Very good accuracy with the stylus configured in mouse mode. For my part, I move the cursor with the stylus and the left and right click are configured on the tablet buttons. The scroll is on the pen button. All buttons are setting the following preferences. The touchpad mode (with the finger) is significantly less accurate than the stylus and the touchpad that can be found on portable Ordos or the accuracy of an iPad, iPhone. However, some functions are very useful (zoom with two fingers to scroll up / down). When approaching the stylus 1cm of the tablet, the touch mode is disabled automatically, which allows to put the hand on the tablet and using the stylus. When the stylus away more than 1cm of the tablet, the touch mode that is automatically activated and you can use your fingers. The touch mode can be disabled manually with a configurable button. I have not tried to design because it's not my use. I did arques trials for technical drawing cad, it works, but it is without doubt slower than the mouse, but also less painful to the wrist. In the end, I do not regret my purchase. We must relearn everything, make new habits. With some persévérances, you get there. I think for my use, the smaller model would have me enough (S).
