By buying the manufacturer, I did not receive a used item packaging (outside and inside) torn, dirty ball, covered with traces of shoes. Nowhere have I seen the word "used", it would have saved me yet a nasty surprise.
Regarding the product itself: a bit difficult to fully inflate, but also in line with my expectations.
