First, the lamp has been caused by shipping, delivered damaged.
Unfortunately, a return label was not in the Paktet. A return by post should cost 25,80 Euro postage for an oversize.
Then I described the process the sender via e-mail and once in response a return sticker
get to print out. The return then folded easily at no cost to me as a customer.
It if the package would be accompanied by a note about the return path or a return slip would be nice.
Spare UV tube was then delivered immediately. Until the post-bite very satisfied with the dealer.
