Serves good protection, blocking the sun sufficiently (although I doubt the real use except in special cases). Do not have felt like Canon
Much less expensive than the original Canon, the little things are quickly forgotten because of its price 3-4 times lower
Conclusion: Less although the Canon, but satisfying and a much better price / quality ratio
