I once sat down and calculated the costs briefly.
Am a passionate amateur photographer and want of course a part of the print images which I think is good or better.
I print exclusively on A4 glossy paper 280g / m2 and used to really like photo paper from Aldi (here in Austria is the Hofer)
This paper brings mE excellent color fidelity and fast dry time. Qualitatively this paper is to equate mE with the Canon Photo Paper Plus Glossy II 260g / m2.
In between, also one or the other document in SW naturally printed - about 50-100 sheets / month.
On average, I get about 100-120 A4 recordings (calculated as the average is until I replace the cartridge 3)
1 Complete Set (5 cartridges for my MG5250) costs accordingly 5.72. So per cartridge 1.14.
This results cartridges cost of about 5 cents per A4 color print.
If we count the cost of paper with this, one comes to around 20 cents per A4 recording.
This final price I can live with and can safely recommend this cartridge.
I realize that maybe the prices are today at the developer companies a trace cheaper ..... but I feel as a bit
to the status of "doing it yourself".
