"The Sweetest Hangover" is a first class album, not only because Miss Platnum has a really good voice, and unlike many of her contemporaries also applies the right notes, but also because their music is very varied and combined many elements in it for me. There are contemplative songs like "Do not Go To Strangers" or soulful as "The Long Goodbye"
the places reminiscent of Alicia Keys. "I'm Broke" could also fit on one album Seeds. In "So Beautiful" she shows that she is at home in the Blues also quite. The very rhythm-based songs like "She moved in" or "Where Did You Go Boy" I find most convincing. With "Babooshka 2009" However, I have a little trouble because I am declared Kate Bush fan. But I must admit that Miss Platnum's version sounds less artificial.
Overall, an album that you can really recommend.
