Orders made February 3 and received on 7 ... Suffice to say that on this point the seller is ultra responsive! Unfortunately what was my surprise when I opened the envelope to discover two lots of a ... Duracell battery. You tell me, DURACELL is a known and recognized brand that will the job as well as the VARTA ... But the problem is not there. Indeed, if I order a brand X (by choice or for any other reason), I feel that I did not receive the same product under the brand Y. I am very fond of VARTA just because I've never been disappointed with their products (the battery in my remote control through the battery of my car). This order was intended to replace the battery in my car card, so the efficiency of the battery will not be called into question ... But anyway disappointed.
EDIT OF 02/08/15 Following my review, the seller contacted me via AMAZON date (a Sunday ...). This confirms the first sentence of my comment on its reactivity :-) The latter, in addition to his message of apology, I was offered several solutions to ensure that I am satisfied (refund of my order or shipment of a new product while keeping the old order). In other words, on a product as ridiculous as batteries, the seller could have simply move on in a jiffy. Well no! It's a rare thing to be emphasized and it is the first time I contacted following a negative comment (on Amazon or elsewhere). In short, I add 2 stars for the serious seller because it deserves it.
