Organic Matcha for Cooking is great for baking for Ex: Gugelhupf (great green color in the marbling!) or for various kinds of warm morning shakes. Stir about 1-11 / 2Teelöffel of the powder with a bamboo whisk in a little cold water. Can also be warm to boiled water, you have to try, where it does not clump. A pinch of sea salt, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder, a pinch of spice mixture (consisting of cinnamon, star anise, cardamom, clove, ginger, ..) or 2T cocoa powder. For a sweet rice syrup, agave syrup, maple syrup, ..... (to taste). Teevariation, add hot water and frothed milk (vegetable or not), conclude. Variation milk in a small pot of milk (oat milk is my favorite milk, has already its own sweetness, not sweeten absolutely necessary!) Heat with the spices and in the amounts being made Matcha in water. Complete with frothed milk and refined with cinnamon, cocoa or milk Matchapulver the hood. Since 2 months I'm a morning drink Matcha. Am now addicted to it. But do not need more coffee. Have an incredible energy and could tear trees. Had temporarily no Matcha and a very short time, I had an idea and was looking for my short-term energy push in coffees and pastries. As I said satisfied momentarily, but then a faster unsatisfactory waste. Needed morning Anyway something sweet, these cravings are gone. Have for me the proper dose found, have to try one, even over a period of time and watch yourself doing. With organic Matcha for cooking the price performance ratio is absolutely right, you have to be even able to afford. Have until now only the comparison with Noah's Ark Matcha and this was not enough for me intensiev and productive.
