I have problems with my arm (tennis elbow) and since I have been working with the mouse, I have the evening barely pain.
The buttons are easy to reach. Only the two keys for back and forth in the web browser I use personally. But that is only in it because I still have not gotten used to these two buttons. One has not even with the normal PC mouse.
A familiarization time I did not need, after working times 10 minutes trying it was as if I had the mouse always.
Simply only recommendable.
