I am very satisfied with these Asics, they are very comfortable (I have the impression of being in slippers !!!), with excellent cushioning with front and rear, now I can run long distances without fear of hurting me , ankles, feet, tendons, knees, joints .... I took a size bigger, I think it small size, anyway for running I like to be comfortable and not have fingers compressed feet!
