The strap can be adjusted over a wide range. However, one would like to wear it short, then the bands are on very far. Unfortunately, there is no sufficient attachment and therefore hang out everywhere! Incidentally, I recommend because of its high and pleasant wearing comfort the belt but very quite. There are also a lot of eyes to other things such as IR-timer or the like to fix it. I find handy!
