Schick is for me something else;) but it was definitely convenient for warm days and cool evenings, especially if one is a long time, for example, in intercity buses, road and short what and what needs longer.
On the internet it says that against mosquitoes bright clothes would be useful. Friends of mine in Uganda have worn dark stuff in our trip and also had no problems with mosquitoes. This may depend on the travel of course, we were a lot about the country on the road. Even more useful, however, a good mosquito repellent as a light shirt seems.
Overall, however, a practical and functional outdoor shirt.
