Due to its size this flash drive is ideal for me to use with my notebook - it's very compact and convenient, so I do not afraid to damage it or the USB port. Write speed is good (maybe not so fast, but fine for me), can be between 25-100 MB / s (I guess, so it depends on read speed of your data source).
