Very convincing and worth buying.

There are some critical reviews, referred to therein points (long starting time) are certainly applicable. To take our criticism equal: The power consumption is relatively high (the price of increased processing power and possibly more motors / sensors), the battery pack is an accessory and as measured by the current battery prices prohibitively expensive.

For the better: Without long enumerations and in direct comparison with its predecessor EV2, we've also clear progress in almost all details. From the child's perspective and things are much more responsible for "experts and adult programmer" and these are some reviewers are appreciated recognizable less: (there is a much higher number of available building instructions, a greater diversity of models, great new control options now have a remote control ( !), or an app for that) etc ..

It remains one of the most motivating toys of its kind. The price is very high but perfectly adequate.
