Small and simple but effective and lightweight equipment. Compact, therefore easy to store or take out a travel bag if you want to maintain your abs regularly. The carpet is thick enough not to suffer at the knees. The gesture is not complicated but it is much more difficult than it seems. Be careful not to dig the back! It is better to rather short movements at the start by tightening the belly, and extend those same little by little movements. This is not my favorite way of doing abs but this unit is effective. At first glance, this roller is very "plastic", but it is solid. No complaints about its quality.
