What a disappointment,

This product is advertised on the manufacturer's website as being compatible with a galaxy note 2 ([...])), and although not
despite all my efforts, he never wanted to know anything, yet I have followed all the steps of the FAQ.
it is not even recognized by the test application, much less by applications like RunKeeper or pro runstatic that are also advertised as compatible ??
