Very disappointed despite a good impression at first ... Màj: Everything OK after the 3rd pose !!

After several unsuccessful attempts with other brands, my choice is the product Anker, given the previous comments.
My impression is quite good to receiving the kit: carton packaging, accessories for installation, 2 films.
The set is complete and is not cheap unlike other products.
It is with confidence that I start laying. But I quickly became disillusioned by 1 film of bubbles everywhere and difficult to absorb without leaving traces. I take off / replace the film but nothing happens!
I try the 2nd and despite great detail, I get a result barely better than the first test. I managed to remove bubbles but it has left some traces (glue?) Which are unfortunately quite visible.
I have tried many 3rd test DAMAGE but there are only 2 films !!!
In the end, I could speak well but I am very disappointed and still am disappointed because the film quality is okay, but quite difficult poses just spoil the party ..

I hope a gesture of customer service that seems quite responsive and attentive.

Indeed, customer service holds the road, which is very valuable these days.
A second kit is in transit. Everyone is entitled to a second chance!

System Update 04/01/2013:
2nd kit today received => thank you for the quick delivery!
New Paving and obtained résulat is consistent with my expectations: no bubble, everything is clean! to see now in use.
In the end, it took 3 attempts before getting a good result. It should therefore provide kits with at least 3 films ...
