After three years of intensive use my Asus ultrabook, processors temperatures began to increase so too large, and once completely silent fan was becoming increasingly vocal. After reading various extremely full articles (available from Tom's hardware), I chose the PK-3 for its high efficiency. It is viscous but remains simple to use, even after a light glow (I left a minute above a toaster, you can also put the syringe in a water bath in a plastic). After removing the heat pipes and the cooler, clean the processor with a simple paper towels, I applied a small amount of dough (1.5g enough to so many uses mobile processors are small) and as indicated it requires no lapping time. Temperatures have therefore fallen from 10 to 20 ° C (idle / burn) and I find my silence enjoyed.
