I found and I was faithful to the vision of X-Treme at Philips, but I found them quite limited lifespan. However, they were quite effective. To say I let my "full headlights" ordinary H1, we feel that they lack and fishing are a little yellow.
So I wanted to try these Osram Night Breaker. They are just as effective, do not last longer, but are mostly cheaper!
Furthermore, the distribution of light and colors is very well done. I have a vehicle, headlights adjusted (hydraulic suspension and constant attitude) dazzle "naturally" those who are in front. With these bulbs, more beam flasher! So surely more comfortable for the Crusaders vehicles.
Yes lifetime is a problem. On a journey of an hour a day to go to work, lighthouse lit in rain (east) and the winter, I do not do more than two years. A set of Philips, and I'm in my second game Osram in 5 years. And if one is blown, replace the other. Not only the brightness down (this is normal as all bulbs), but if the grid, the other usually follows rather quickly.
Also tested H4 and H7 highly effective to replace ordinary OE Philips.
So if you are looking for lighting comfort at a lower cost, it is a safe bet. I also recommend if dual optical (thus not H4) to the full headlights identical ... What I have not done ...
