I have the trigger for 4 years. Lately the quality has diminished, and I thought it was normal part of aging, because I use the device quite often. Eventually, it was nothing more and I always get the error message that the cartridges are defective or empty. I have replaced the black cartridge and still no change. Then I ordered deb printhead. The Austasch is very simple and then it prints as the first day. Super spare parts. Can only recommend.
