It comes with a rechargeable AA battery, the connection socket for charging wire when needed, the nano USB receiver for wireless use (can fit in the mouse not to lose it), and an extension to the wireless receiver (most manual, ...).
The size and ergonomics are well studied, buttons all fall easily to hand, skiing is also good. A button (below) is used to turn on and off quickly, you can check the battery level (which takes from 1 to several days, depending on use); you can change the speed of scrolling the screen, switch between 6 different profiles, change the type of scroll wheel (not fast freewheel or normal "notched"). The 4 buttons on the side macros are very simple to use and program, clicks are nice, ... Touch the 2 sides can surprise (slightly rough).
Fully charging the battery takes about 2-3 hours with the wire that is a little rigid, without (any thread moves more than it deform so it's not really a problem).
The wireless range is pretty good (without the extension, tested about 4 meters).
The shipping expected duration of approximately one week was observed.
