Apart from a few typos, nothing too bad ... Book very constructive, very well explain, possessing LAFAY method, for over a year, unfortunately, I got tired, too routine, certainly the method works, I claim for all .... but a great need change! and "training of a detainee" I really look pretty good, the author tells us part of his life through his work, how he came to write this book, more than just brief important SA METHOD !! method to body weight, pumps, traction, squat, abdominal exercises ... implementing pure strength, build 10 staged exercises, 10th stage is to realize a movement that could be called pure athlete movement. 10th stage pumps, pump on hand for traction, one-handed pushups, squat on one leg ... the 10 steps evolve gradually, so that at best readers succeed to the Masters movement !!! as and able to climb steps, will multiply your strength and your muscle mass. in any case it is what the author promises, for my part I am confident, I suggest you this book to all that is very interesting to read and full of motivation you !!! please read on.
