The whole session is accompanied, guided by his voice. The first ten are free, it is really a good way to learn. First, the sessions are of a duration of 10 minutes, then 15 minutes for the next 10 sessions, etc.
The instructions are clear and easy to apply. It makes meditation / mindfulness really easy to practice. I, who thought it was unmanageable, I am more than satisfied! I could not do so alone, without his voice that calms me. And it does not put all the pressure to evacuate, quite the contrary: it is not to force the mind to stop thinking, but to bring it back to the breath or body sensations when it wanders, gently.
All about 3 sessions, there also a small educational video explaining the main principles of meditation 1mn 30, with a sort of little cartoon colorful, fun and joyful. It has nothing esoteric, everything to be accessible to ordinary people, to those that Buddhism is not more interested in it as to those who want to go further. It's really a very nice app!
His only "fault" is that beyond the first ten sessions, there is a paid subscription (between 4 and 9 for 30 additional meetings) to be new. That said, it is not mandatory, so no worries if you do not want to continue. I do not regret having tried it, I highly recommend to those who want to learn!
