The most important thing you want from a camera are good pictures. And good pictures makes. Very good even. That's why I keep them. I almost always use the manual camera program - through the automatic functions, I can not judge why. But with the setting P, I get along very well clear. However, I was also here initially disappointed as the feature set is much smaller than I was used to.
What annoys me sometimes: The Video button is placed inconveniently (at least for my feet), so I accidentally often a video recording start - which, incidentally, are of surprisingly good quality, the sound is also acceptable (which I did not expect at this price ).
What I'm really upset: The tripod thread is already hopelessly worn (plastic!). I photograph almost ausschließich with tripod (for indoor or nature shots without flash), the thread is therefore claimed. A quick coupler plate is because although helpful - but you just have to unscrew every time you want to reach your card / battery. And also that I will quite often.
The most annoying thing: Olympus have not responded despite my urgent call for help to my inquiry via the contact form. Call the contact designed also difficult because the website only fax numbers are given (hui, like modern). Somehow me then, a (call center) employees of Olympus to get his ear - the referred me to a spare parts dealer in Hamburg. The turn has the good replacement part not in stock and must be ordered in Japan - Delivery time 30 days. Toll. In 30 days, I have to deliver a series of photographs for my cookbook. Now I'm at a loss. Unfortunately, I can not lend my old camera because their thread is in the bucket as well.
Oh yes: The zoom is awesome!
Actually, I'd like to give 3.5 points. Because you can not, I give 3 - compared to the 4-seater and 5 reviews I have to complain about a bit more clearly. Next time I would be willing to spend more money if I got a Metal tripod mounting thread, the housing and the lens cover would be of higher quality and the manual program extensive.

The Olympus service has reported via e-mail and I proposed friendly to send in the camera, since the defective thread is a warranty case. My question is whether I would get so long as such a replacement camera, was denied (the repair period of up to 3 weeks I can not afford it, because I occupationally Camera need daily). Instead, it was suggested to me at the Olympus WOW Action ([...]) to participate and to test a camera. Since my camera type is not there and you even have the equipment for a whole day available, this is also not a solution. Overall, however, the customer service makes me a very friendly impression.
