Also, the traffic between the different PCs, netbooks and other devices such as my Media Player for TV and my network hard drive works perfectly and very quickly. 10 megabytes per second are possible, which means that can be seen over the network also HD movies.

We now have two switches in our LAN. The one at the Fritz box and the other on the first switch, connected to a 30m LAN cable. Again, speed top.

As the saying goes: For the little money mans can not do it yourself :)

The two switches are still alive! I have now times measured power consumption: It is about 1W.
