I too have hit me with the supplied cartridge filter for one year around. Looking for an alternative I came across the SpeedClean 50. Our pool has a capacity of 6,000 l, thus the use of the system, with 6.6 m³ / h throughput, ideally suited. The instruction manual is easy to understand and thus handles the assembly quite fast. Only the filter cover located on the round insert, which one should push the operating instructions and then remove, it could not be press. I then get it at the right / left turns out, however, had to fish out two small leftover webs with the tweezers. All in all, but no big deal, no technical skills presupposes. Connecting the hoses went smoothly and commissioning without obstacles. Only there was a leak from one or the other tube a little over, but thanks to the hex on the clamp can follow this by a 7'er nut carefully and Voila, no more drips. Since the filter system is in operation, I enjoy every day about the best water quality, which can be kept from now on easily. Of course, the filter system does not replace the daily pH - and chlorine value measurement and the possibly necessary addition of pH +/-, chlorine, etc .. If you will "circulate" the system on which chemicals are mixed evenly in no time in the pool.. Currently I let the pump run two hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening, when the children have ausgeplanscht. I think that you also possibly can be reduced to 2 hours, the duration. I'll find out. To protect my Speedclean 50 I have a small tank container from the garden department bought at Obi (37,99), sawed off the ground, reingefräßt holes for ventilation and connections, and placed over the plant, cover it - done. Finally, it should be mentioned that the SpeedClean 50 really very quietly doing their duty. My factory is located in close proximity to our neighboring terrace and on my question whether the system is too loud, was only a friendly, "we do not even notice whether it runs at all," returned. I highly recommend this filter pump without restrictions. A really good price / performance.
