With the R7500 I am very satisfied: Installation is simple, because the router is provided at the factory condition with individual network name and password. It is therefore not absolutely necessary settings, you can "get started" right away. The browser interface, the router offers a simple normal and an expert view of all options. The Apps desktop, Android and I-Phone are limited to what is essential, somewhat akin to normal view. Who wants to adjust everything, have to use the browser interface. The router works absolutely silent, has no fan and is only "lukewarm". The "LED light organ" can be turned off on the device and via the browser interface, only the power light is then permanently on. From the wireless range I'm excited: Even the 5G network penetrates us easily two thick concrete ceiling with 50% residual signal strength. A third ceiling would probably be possible. The data rate, I have not measured here, subjectively it is very good. Addendum: It comes in the 5G network to occasional disconnections, as described by other customers. Conclusion: Who needs long range and / or uses the wealth of functions of the R7500 makes nothing wrong here.
