Based on my naturally curly I really tried a lot. When I was the last time with my hairdresser, I was also with a sample. This sample alone (it was a small vial) was enough for all four weeks. My hair feels supple, my tips have recovered well. However, I really want to point out two important things here. First, the oil should be used sparingly super. Personally, I've always rubbed just a few drops (3/4) on my fingertips and then "combed" in my lace my curls, optionally kneaded something. I use the oil never at the base but only in the lower hair lengths, but preferably only in the tips. And secondly, my hairdresser has also pointed me to massage this oil after the styling, so once the hair is completely dry. I personally use this oil along with the curly hair care products from John Frieda and their interaction with'm really pleased. The slightly firmer consistency - compared to Dove Hair Oil (gold series) - as well as the slight scent I find very pleasant.
The fact that this oil contains silicones obviously, there is a star deduction.
