The -:
- The author tells us not to demonize carbohydrates but there is almost no in these recipes
- Often the main course that is made up of a meat or a fish (what accompaniments?)
- The amounts given for the recipe are not terrible. Either one directly tells us "to 2", so we know there niquel (well it would have been nice to have the receipts for one person saw the Lunchbox theme but it's a detail) and then just the number of items that we will be able to make the recipe without indication from for a person (eg "8 chicken balls" ah ok, how much we take for it to be reasonable? 2? 4?)
However, despite the - the ideas are good and very delicious. However I think most use it for the evening light recipes for my darling and me :)
