This velor ear pads have a very good long-term comfort and can serve as a replacement for worn earpads a DT770 or simply as an improvement to ear pads leatherette. I use these ear pads to a Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro headphones (3.5mm jack, 32ohm), which will come with leatherette ear cushions. These have a much poorer long-term wearing comfort as the velor. Leatherette tends to stick to the skin and produce a schwitziges feeling.
Very practical is the manual that came with the installation of the earpads. The installation itself turns out to be a bit fiddly but not difficult.
Unfortunately, I think a price of about 20 including shipping too expensive. Also Beyerdynamic itself, where I bought it, it sells for that price. Because of bad price performance ratio I subtract a star.
